How long does shipping take?

In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Ground shipping typically arrives in 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options (2-Day, Next Day) are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status in My Account.

Products

Are your products genuine/authentic?

Yes. All products are sourced from authorized distributors or directly from manufacturers. We do not sell counterfeits or clones.

A product I want is out of stock. Will it come back?

Most items are restocked regularly. Contact us about a specific product and we can let you know if and when it will be available.

Custom Builds

What is a custom keyboard build?

We assemble a mechanical keyboard to your specifications. You pick the board size, switch type, sound profile, and budget — we source the parts, lube the switches, tune the stabilizers, and ship you a ready-to-use keyboard. Learn more and submit a request.

How much does a custom build cost?

It depends on the components you choose. Budget builds start around $150-250. Mid-range builds run $250-400. Premium builds with high-end parts can be $400+. We charge a build fee on top of parts cost.

How long does a custom build take?

Typically 1-2 weeks from order confirmation, depending on parts availability. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
