30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
3. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box
4. Ship the item to the address provided in your RA confirmation email

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 30 days
• Items without original packaging
• Items that show signs of use or damage
• Items returned without an RA number

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
